The Recalibration Inquiries — Vol. 1

A series of five one-time guided self-inquiries. Created by Tsvetelina Ruskova — Time Line Therapy® Master Practitioner, Master NLP Coach, Hypnotherapy Practitioner.

These are not journals. A journal waits for you. These don't. Each inquiry is designed to be completed once, in a single sitting. One honest pass. The questions are sequenced deliberately — they begin where you're comfortable and end where you're not. That's the point. You can only answer them truthfully the first time; after that, you're answering as the person who already knows what they said. So you get one pass. Make it count.

Most of what you call "me" was decided a long time ago — by a younger you, in moments you've forgotten, for reasons that made sense then. You've been loyal to those decisions ever since. Not because they're true, but because they're familiar. These inquiries are how you finally meet them, and decide whether you still want to live inside their choices.

What's inside

  • №1 — Who Decided? The identity audit. Separate the self you actually chose from the one you inherited — and meet the child who made decisions you're still living by.
  • №2 — What I Refuse to See. The shadow inquiry. Meet the parts of you that went underground — the "too much," the "unacceptable" — and stop spending your life keeping the door locked.
  • №3 — Where This Began. The timeline excavation. Every pattern has an address. Trace the recurring one back to its root — not to relive it, but to locate it. What is located can be worked with. What stays vague owns you.
  • №4 — The Price of Staying the Same. The change inventory. The most confronting inquiry in the series. Every pattern that persists is, on some level, working for you. This is where you count what staying secretly pays — and decide if you're still willing to pay it.
  • №5 — The Recalibration. The becoming. Everything before this was excavation. This one is construction. Decide — consciously, as an adult with full information — who you are from here.

Why these, rather than talk therapy

You set the time and the pace — nobody cuts you off at the 50-minute mark. You choose where you do the work. You're alone and unobserved, so there's no version of yourself to perform. You go through each inquiry once and feel the effect — no running in circles. Just you, a pen, and the first true thing.

How to use them

Each inquiry stands on its own — you can test any one separately, and you can even start with №5. Set aside 60–90 minutes, uninterrupted, phone in another room. Write by hand if you can; the hand is slower than the mind, and that slowness gives the truth time to catch up with you.
